Hi, I’m Andy, presenter of the Blues programme on Avondale Radio, Have I Got Blues For You. Growing up in the 60’s with two older brothers there was always music to be heard in our house, from The Rolling Stones through Bob Dylan, Ten Years After to The Beach Boys. My brother and I would listen to Radio Luxembourg at night in our bedroom and during the day it was Radio Caroline.I got interested in The Blues in my late teens and have loved it ever since. I like lots of other styles of music from Prog to Pop, but my favourite type is live music, and I try to go to as many gigs as possible. I took up the Guitar late in life, but it is something I really enjoy, even if anyone listening to me play might not agree
