Sapphire Sounds is a weekly show covering all types of Blues from 1920s to 2020s. 

Now broadcasting on Poacher Sound and Chilli Jazz, David aims to provide a wide range of Blues music in his show, with facts and the occasional interview thrown into the mix, whilst promoting Lincolnshire artists where he can. 

David has been involved with radio since 1982 when he started on hospital radio.  Since then he has presented a variety of shows over the years.  His personal love of the Blues led to the formation of the Sapphire Sounds show when he retired from the NHS in 2011.  His mother-in-law event bought him a blue hat!
